"Why the heck are you taking soo long?" one of the techs barked at the hospital staff, as they wheeled the two girls in. "Can't you see that they are bleeding a heck of a lot, FROM THE HEAD!!!" It was really just stress mounting on the tech from all of the problems in the two girls. At least they had brought them here with a pulse.
On the overhead in the ER, a female voice came over it and said, "Dr. Stevens, OR 3, Dr. Todd, OR 4." All the while, Jenny was being rolled into OR 3, and Isabel was being rolled ino OR 4. Both were being preped for emergency surgery. If they didn't stop the bleeding shortly, they would be on their deathbeds from blood loss.
Isabel was in a happy place at the moment. She couldn't feel a thing, and she didn't have a worry in her brain. It was like she was floating down fifth avenue. She was thinking about Scott and Alexis and even Jenny. They were all shopping in New York and having the time of their lives.
Isabel really wasn't in realization of anything that was going on around her. But if you waited about 6 or 7 hours, everything would be *really* real to her then. And to Jenny.
She was finally preped for surgery, and Dr. Todd had come in in scrubs. She glanced over the chart quickly before she started her work. It should take a while but if everything went well, both of the girls, she had noticed there were two, should stop bleedng and start regeneration. And, the surgery should be a success. Dr. Todd took a deep breath and started the surgery. Now all that was left was to wait until it was over.

Jenny layed there, she looked so dumbfounded and stupid. She groaned getting some of her power back, but then sunk a breath in. She didn't breath anymore. She wasn't happy, nor sad. She was not powerful, yet not powerless. Jenny didn't know what was going on. She didn't even feel pain any more. She was thoughtless.
Another surgeon joined Dr.Todd. He helped out with the surgery, and soon enough, the surgery was finally complete. After a couple more hours, 2, maybe 3, the girls should be concious. "Dr.Greg, I want you to keep an eye on these girls. Just for the sake." Dr.Todd ordered Dr.Greg. He was an intern. If Jenny knew that an intern was working on her, boy would her head explode. And litterally, not crack open and pour blood all over, explode.
Time passed by. Sounds were slowly coming to life, but not the visuals. "LUCY! I'M HOMEEE!" Jenny heard something shout. It was the TV. I love Lucy was playing. One of Jenny's least favorite shows. It wasn't about the show though, it was about the sound. What if she never got to hear a sound. What if she was chop liver? Well, the surgery had gone good, so, it was most likely that Jenny and Isabel would be fine. Maybe a bit hungry from the low blood sugar and lack of blood, but they'd be fine.
After the marathon, about 4 hours passed by, and by then, things were starting to smell different, and she could feel a cushiony matress underneath her. She was put into her hospital bed with another girl in the same room, on the same cushioned bed. Jenny hadn't seen this yet, she layed with her eyes closed, and her mouth sealed. She was feeling now. She felt like a million pins and needles were poking all over her body, and hard. She hurt a lot when she moved around in the bed. After all, 5 ribs of hers were broken.
Jenny continued to lay there with her eyes sealed, but she was very aware of the sounds in the room (The room is soundproof, so...), and she was also aware of what was possibly around her. Jenny didn't feel like moving around one bit, but she was slowly recovering.

Isabel became concious, as if electiric had just shocked her entire system. She couldn't move, or do anything at all for that matter, except breathe, with the help of a machine though. She became suddenly tired and her mind drifted back away from all that had just happened to her. She entered la la land, where everything was bright and sunny, metaphoricly speaking, because Isabel loved it when it was raining or snowing.
She was in a wide field. You could see for miles around. The sky was darkening and there was a slight drizzle to be had. Isabel peered around for someone to come join her in her fun. All of a sudden, she saw, Trent. Isabel did a double take. TRENT!?!?! It was supposed to be Scott. Scott was the one she had a crush on. She frowned as if to figure out how this whole thing was put together. It was her dream, so she had the right to chage it all she wanted, bit try as she might, she could not change the fact that Trent was walking toward her in the field with a smile dancing over his lips.
Soon enough he was three feet away from Isabel, but she could hardly notice because she was so deep in thought. Trent yanked her towards him and kissed her. Isabel wondered why in all her dreams, she ended up being kissed. She couldn't continue her thought process any longer because she was so wrapped up in the kiss. Trent's arms were wrapped around her and her hands were around his neck.
A bright light shown into Isabel's eyes. She wondered why this was happening in her dream. As if reality had just been dumped over her, she realized that this was real life. Her life, which was really really real. She was jerked out of la la land to face crap. Crap and pain, and no one wanted that.
'Darn it,' she thought. 'I never get to finish any of my dreams.'

((i don't have like anything i can really post.))
Jenny's eyes were slightly open, like a squint, and everything was blurry. It felt as if she just jumped on a bed of nails a thousand and one times in a row. Her ribs were throbbing as a surgeon came in and wrapped bandages around her stomach. Oh yeah, now her new bikini would go just great with bandages over broken ribs.
As much pain as it costed, Jenny slowly lifted up her arm and tried to scratch her neck. There was a barrier there, and it just made her more and more itchy. A polyester hot pink neck band was clinging onto her neck. Jenny was lucky that they at least gave her pink. Actually, the pink would probably make her look like more of an idiot. She thew her hand down on the bed, fast and angry. It hurt so badly, but it was more of the emotional pain that hurted. She couldn't stand that she was going to look like an idiot with casts and crap around her.
Jenny's eyes sealed again. It was black, and Jenny found herself swimming past garbage in mud with a slightly lower viscosity than the actually thing. Why was she in mud? Correction. Why was she swimming in mud with a brand new outfit on? Answer comes in. It's a dream. Hope for it to be skittles she's swimming in, and it would be skittles. Water, water.
Jenny remained laying on the bed, now dreaming of the wearhouse. She was partying with people who she didn't even know. And she went a little too far.....

((I think...key word think....that you should have something to put now))
Isabel was being gently shooken awake. She for all of the money in the world did not wanna wake up for her peace. Her own little world. Nothing could harm her there, and everything seemed to be peachy keen. Isabel liked things that way. Nobody could screw with her and nothing would have a hold over her. But enough thinking about stuff because she was being dragged out of that world and into a world of reality, and in this case, reality equals pain.
Isabel wonedered why she didn't feel anything. She was still floating. Her eyes began to open up to a bright light. Wait, was she in heaven. Her suspicions was denied heavily when she screamed at the top of her lungs. Her blood pressure hit the roof and she began writhing in pain. The doctor gave her a hefty dose of morphine, and it took around 10 minutes for her to stop screaming. Isabel's body was drifing in a happy place but her mind was still very very aware.
Her mind seemed to have some kind of rude awakening because she began asking wildly, "Is Jenny ok? Where is she? What happened to her? Did she make it? Is she in pain?" Her sense of compassion was still intact even though she was still hooked up heavily and in tons of pain, yet didn't realized it. Isabel also didn't realized that Jenny was lying in a bed that was about 5 feet away from her. . .

(yea. but i have writers block too... i'm soo bad at this sorry tis short. huggles babee)
Just like that a second later, her mind stopped functioning. No, it wasn't that... but something did happen.....
Just like Isabel, Jenny was shuddering. Someone was wriggling her around. She groaned as if trying to say leave me to die. Stop. Jenny didn't want to wake. She didn't want to die, but if that was the best resolution then, let it be the final resolution. Jenny nearly opened her eyes, everything bright and white. The world was spinning. As well as Isabel, Jenny began to scream, and a doctor rushed for the syringe full of more morphin. He smashed it into her and only 10 minutes later, was dead silence.
Everything was fine with Jenny. The only thing that didn't seem okay, happened to be her sight. Jenny heard the tv running, along with a bunch of heart rate, oxygen, and such type of machines. She smelled the damp wet feeling of urine, like any other hospital, and felt the softness of the bed she was laying on.
Jenny who was laying in her bed, glum, and melancholy from her inturrupted dream, now had her eyes shut. She was settling into another dream, but everything around her was still lively and she was the utmost aware. She heard Isabel's cries of horr. She must of been somewhere near her. "uhhm" She groaned in pain as if trying to notify Isabel that she was there. She couldn't talk much, or see barely anything, but she opened her eyes to a slight squint.

((Kisses right back at you girlie))
It had been a week since the surgery, and both she and Jenny were now talking, actually talking, not screaming. It had been a hard week, filled with lots of pain and medicine. Isabel was feeling rather hyped up at the moment. She was on so much crap, in her opinion, that she didn't know which medicine did what. It was really confusing, and it made her head hurt even more when she thought about it. She tried to avoid it most of the time.
The two girls couldn't move, and were still stuck in the ICU, but they were told that in a couple of days they would be moved to a different floor, and out of the ICU. She hadn't had much to do, except watch TV, talk to Jenny, and stare out the window. It was really rather boring. Isabel was desperate for something to do. She was still waiting for Mia to arrive, but until then, she was stuck. It was such a pickle.
This partiucular, she feeling rather chatty. She turned her head to face Jenny, which did hurt, then asked, "So, why exactly did you fall. I've been wondering. I hope it wasn't because of me. Sometimes people get freaked put at the sight of injuries, so I was just wondering. Oh and what are you thinking about right now? I'm just so bored." Isabel realized that she had been rambling on, so she cut herself short and waited for Jenny to answer.

Jenny, as well as Isabel, had been talking, and functioning well by now. They were both able to speak, and they could see everything around them, not that there was anything to great to see, and they could hear. Oh, and of course, smell the disgusting germy odor somewhat like urine in the hospital. It hurt to move though, very very badly. There was so much medication on the both of them that Jenny, at least, felt like her brain was going to explode. Geeze. It would be nice to have a cold beer right now. It was rare for Jenny to drink, but on 'special' occasions, or, the occasions where you're just so stressed, she used drinking as her solution.
Jenny felt so strange being in the hospital. Nothing good was ever on the television, and there was nothing to talk to Isabel about. What could she say, how are you? Jenny's smart enough to know that Isabel felt as lousy and bored as she herself did.
"So, why exactly did you fall. I've been wondering. I hope it wasn't because of me. Sometimes people get freaked put at the sight of injuries, so I was just wondering. Oh and what are you thinking about right now? I'm just so bored." The words were thrown at her one by one. Jenny herself didn't have much to say, so she just made short replies as she tilted her eyes towards Isabel, she couldn't move because of the thick material around her neck.
"Uhh, yes...I get freaked by injuries..." She made a little bit bigger than a white lie... she knew that she fell because of guilt... all the weight in the world was on her shoulders at the particular time..."I'm thinking of how boring this is.. too boring." She made her replies short and simple.

Isabel was twirling her hair around her finger. She was waiting for Jenny to answer her question about why she fell. Her voice faltered as she responed to Isabel, Uhh, yes...I get freaked by injuries... She really didn't think that Jenny was the kind of girl who got sight at the sick of injuries. As much as preppies got sick or worries easily, Isabel thought that Jenny had more of a core to her. She was musing over this thought when Jenny answered her second question.
I'm thinking of how boring this is.. to boring. Her face twisted as she tried to get a better look at Jenny's face. Isabel hadn't really expected such short answers. Maybe she wasn't feeling to well. If she was feeling sick, Isabel didn't want to pressure her with any other questions. She kinda knew how she would feel if someone did the same thing to her. She would be one pissed off, sick puppy, and that is a sight no one wants to see. No one.
Isabel racked her brain for something to talk about. Something to pull them out of their current state of boredom. She was nearly out of ideas. All she could think of right now, was school. Very unoriginal, and not too too interesting. Isabel really wanted to ask Jenny what boy she liked, or if she had a boyfriend. She thought that she would just lead up to that topic by first talking about school. Isabel cleared her throat then said, "So..umm...how is school going for you? Do you have any classes that you like or really hate?"
She knew it wasn't much, but it was an icebreaker.

Jenny's eyes were dimming. Everything was turning darker. She was just sleepy, that's all. She kept her head in the same position. She had a some what funny thought that Isabel was attention dephisite. Well, she seemed like she was moving around a lot. Maybe a little bit too much. It was kind of strange if you think about it... then again, it was hard to sit around and do nothing.
"So..umm...how is school going for you? Do you have any classes that you like or really hate?" Simple and sweet. There wasn't really anything big into the topic... but Jenny had her mind think on it for awhile. Something to actually THINK about. It would keep her occupied. Hahah.
"I actually like all of my classes. My favorite is biology. Oh, and I like english too... Mr.Ryan is a great teacher. It's a lot of fun." She actually expanded her answer. Each time Isabel asked her something, Jenny got more and more out of it. "What about you?" She asked very quickly.

((ack! I don't think that I want to reply to any threads =( ))
Isabel listened to Jenny's words I actually like all of my classes. My favorite is biology. Oh, and I like english too... Mr.Ryan is a great teacher. It's a lot of fun. She nodded when Jenny finished, but she didn't agree with her. She didn't particularly enjoy any of her classes. It was just because of a stupid law that she was actually going to school. If there was no law, she would have been outta there before you could say, bye!
What about you? Isabel thought for a minute. What in the world did she like about school. One of the only positive things that was at school was Scott. And the library was there also. So there were around a total of two things that made school positive for her. How was she going to answer Jenny's question. Isabel bit her bottom lip and mulled it over a bit more. She finally found a decent answer that she could say.
"Umm....I don't really like many classes. The one I half like is math and I really hate english. I like the library thought," Isabel stated. It was a sad lonely statement but whatelse could she say. It wouldn't be positive for sure. Jenny also already knew the fact that Isabel like the library. Well...Didn't she? She thought she knew. Isabel started to twirl a strand of her blonde hair. Isabel patiently awaiting for Jenny to respond back or even come up with a new topic altogether.

(aww. lol. s/h im so lazii)
Jenny nudged her head, a struggling nodd as Isabel spoke. "Umm....I don't really like many classes. The one I half like is math and I really hate english. I like the library thought," She understood Isabel. Sometimes she didn't want to be in school either. Jenny liked school, but she didn't. Now she wouldn't be IN school, nor would Isabel. At least not for a couple more weeks. Two or three at the most...
"Yeah. The library is nice..." Her statment kind of drifted off. She didn't really seem to have much of a decent retort why not to like school. Jenny always won... if she gave up once, would it REALLY matter? No. Not now. Not in a stinky hospital where none of her popular friends were.
Jenny's mind was scattering all over. She didn't know what kind of topic to bring up now. "I'm in the mood for ice cream." She said, very randomly. It was almost out of no where... but Jenny did LOVE ice cream. It was one thing that would sit her up in a dash. She waited to see if Isabel did too... maybe they could sneak out and get it somehow? And then again... Maybe Not....???
