1. Respect those around you. No insulting anyone. We want this site to be fun for everyone. Please no cussing at each other. Disputes can/should be taken to a staff member.

2. Don't get mad at someone because of something their character said. Also, make sure you try to save OOC (out of character) talk for the OOC places.

>:When You Are RPing:<

1. Always use third person past tense when you role play unless your character is talking. (i.e.) He/she told the little girl, "I'd love to play with you."

2. Try to use correct grammar. No "brb"'s and similar such language unless it's in a text message or IM. We're not asking you to be PERFECT; that would be unfair. We just want you to TRY to use good English.

3. Try to keep bad language to a minimum. We know that people have to for some characters, but try to use as little as possible.

4. No graphic sex scenes. We are rated PG-13 here, so if you must do ANYTHING, PLEASE fade to black. We don't want to ruin your fun, but we want to keep it decent, ok?

5. We'd prefer it if your posts are at least one large paragraph long. At least five sentences, please. Two short paragraphs, if you wish. It might take a bit more time, but it tends to make the thread more satisfactory for everyone involved.

6. Your character should be in no more than 5 threads at once. The code word is shower. Please, it gets too confusing if everyone is in several places at once.

7. No God-Modding. For those of you who don't know what this is, it means controlling someone else's character without their permission. This should go unsaid, but for those of you who do this, if we find it without someone telling you you could, we will tell you to change it. If you continue to do it, we will warn you and eventually ban you. This site is for people to Role-Play, and they can't do that correctly if you're controlling their people.

8. You need at least twenty posts before you make another character. Ten of them need to be good, in character roleplaying posts. [No MySpace, e-mail, instant messaging] Real role playing with other people.

9. Please, no more than four characters. Really, there is no need to have more than that. We know that when people get bored they decide they want to make a new character, but if you keep going, you eventually won't be able to keep up with them. If you are a good role player that can keep up with four characters and wants a fifth, please PM a staff member and we will consider it.

10. Try and keep it realistic. Paris Hilton shouldn't be playing a fourteen year old. And no twelve year olds should be sneaking into the club. Cause if someone didn't notice that, they're completely blind.

It would be helpful if you could announce the end of your thread so Gemma and I know which threads we can lock, and eventually move to the archive.
